where intuitive eating and functional nutrition meet

Hi, I’m Alix.

I’m a Boston-based, New York-raised intuitive eating, weight-inclusive, and functional nutrition dietitian. I offer virtual 1:1 nutrition counseling to guide you through finding a more calm and comfortable relationship with food and body. Let’s ditch the diets, debunk nutrition myths, and figure out what makes you - and only you - feel your best. Here are just a few things we might accomplish together:

  • Identify and heal the root cause of symptoms without restriction

  • Learn to incorporate and practice intuitive eating

  • Alleviate complex digestive issues

  • Overcome chronic dieting and emotional eating

  • Manage and support eating disorder recovery

  • Practice healing from a whole body, holistic approach, including sleep, stress, movement, and more

  • Invest in your health, both short and long-term

There is no such thing as “perfect” when it comes to food. Let’s find what works for YOU.

Client reviews

  • Working with Alix has been such a grounding and affirming experience. From the very beginning, she made me feel safe, supported, and truly heard as I worked to understand what is right for my body. She has helped me gently dismantle long held beliefs around food and health that were no longer serving me, always with so much care and compassion. Not only is Alix incredibly knowledgeable and informative, but she is also kind, accommodating, and genuinely easy to talk to. I consistently leave our sessions feeling more empowered, understood, and supported in my relationship with my body.

  • I am thrilled with the work Alix and I have done together and the progress I’ve made. I never thought I would see a day when I trusted myself around food. Alix created a safe space for me to explore every experience connected to my weight. Her conversational style made me feel like I was chatting with a friend and her vast knowledge of nutrition and science was the perfect education to help drown out societal noise. Her professional approach mixed with sincere empathy built trust to address an issue that has been overtaking my life since I was in high school. I’m confident that I now understand the food cues I’m receiving from my body and give myself permission to listen to them or not as needed.
